At Little Miracle & Co., each item is created with love and care, especially our personalized pieces. Because of the custom nature of our products, we unfortunately do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on personalized items.

Personalized Items

Please make sure all names, spelling, dates, colors, and design choices are entered correctly before placing your order.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will only be accepted if the mistake was made by us, including errors in spelling or the artwork selected that does not match your order.

If the information provided at checkout was entered incorrectly by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help make it right.
