Processing Time

Each order is made with care and attention to detail. Processing time is usually 3 to 5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

If you need your order before the estimated delivery date, please send us a message and we will do our best to see if it can be shipped sooner.

Personalized items may take a little longer depending on the size and details of the order.

Shipping Time

Shipping time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery times.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active after your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
